Male, maximum 28 years old.
Minimum education: SMK/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Front Office/Front Desk Agent. Fresh graduates with hotel internship experience are welcome to apply.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Friendly, service-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Able to operate Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Available to join immediately will be an advantage.
