• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to develop professional, creative, and strategic proposals that address client objectives.
• Analyze client and industry insights to define clear strategic directions and communication approaches for each brief.
• Stay updated on local and global event trends, identifying innovative ideas that can be adapted to the Vietnamese market.
• Gather and evaluate data to extract key learnings and strategic recommendations post-project.
• Drive brainstorming sessions and contribute strong creative and strategic ideas for campaigns and event concepts.
• Explore and apply new technologies and tools in events, activations, and brand experiences.
• Work with the Planning Lead to build and refine a proposal and master plan library to improve team efficiency and output quality.

WORKING HOURS :
🕗 Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
