Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Copywriter with a strong creative mindset, capable of generating engaging, trend-driven content ideas for digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts (big idea, key message, campaign direction) for integrated marketing campaigns (IMC, Digital, Social, Campaign launches, etc.)
- Write compelling content across multiple platforms: social posts, TVC/viral video scripts, taglines, headlines, content directions, etc.
- Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and Planners to bring ideas to life
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitching proposals to clients
- Ensure all content aligns with brand strategy and consumer insights
- Conduct research and proactively propose fresh angles for different industries and brands
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Copywriter in an agency environment (experience in large-scale campaigns is a plus)
- Strong creative thinking with the ability to develop ideas both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent Vietnamese writing skills (mandatory); good command of English is a plus
- Solid understanding of digital and social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Strong storytelling ability and a good sense of trends
- Good presentation and idea-selling skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines
