We’re expanding our Vietnam team and looking for an E-Commerce Procurement Staff to establish supplier relationships, optimize costs, and ensure smooth stock flow. Your decisions will directly impact business performance, product strategy, and operational efficiency across our global e-commerce network.
What You'll Do:
1. Supplier Management & Product Sourcing
- Analyze supplier offers to identify cost-effective and high-potential products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.
2. Order & Stock Management
- Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.
3. Issue Handling
- Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Working Schedule:
- Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site).
- Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site).
- Probation Period: 2 months
