JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop B2B/B2G markets for SotaTek Education’s EdTech.
- Prospect and negotiate with enterprises, government/public-sector organizations, and universities/colleges.
- Consult and sell educational software and digital transformation/AI training programs to enterprises and educational institutions.
- Identify customer needs and convert business challenges into tailored solution proposals.
- Work with technical experts to prepare proposals, tender documents, presentations, and commercial offers for C-level, university, and government leaders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and full cycle from lead generation and qualification to presentation, negotiation, contracting, and handover.
- Build strategic accounts and drive retention, upselling, and cross-selling across the Sota ecosystem.
KEY SUCCESS METRICS
Core B2B Sales Metrics:
- Qualified opportunities generated across priority customer segments.
- Proposals/tenders submitted and executive presentations delivered.
- Conversion rate from qualified opportunity to signed contract.
- B2B revenue, project value, and gross margin achieved against target.
- Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
- Partnership & Account Growth Metrics:
- New strategic accounts and partnerships secured.
- Revenue growth from EdTech and digital transformation/AI training.
- Upselling and cross-selling revenue across the Sota ecosystem.
- Key-client retention and satisfaction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male, with a professional and confident demeanor; willing to travel when required.
- At least 2 years of B2B/B2G sales or business development experience; IT, SaaS, technology solutions, or EdTech experience is preferred.
- Excellent English in all four skills; confident in presentations and contract negotiations with international partners.
- Tech-savvy; familiar with digital transformation, AI, and LMS; able to explain technical value to non-IT clients.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills; understands government and education stakeholders and decision-making.
