1. SCOPE OF WORK
Business & Digital Consulting
- Strategy & Roadmapping: Lead client workshops to analyze business processes, identify transformation opportunities, and define implementation roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams (Architects, PMs, Engineering) to ensure solutions meet business goals.
- Client Relationships: Advise on digital strategy and CX initiatives to foster long-term, trusted partnerships.
AI-Enabled Transformation Consulting
- Opportunity & Readiness: Identify high-impact AI/GenAI use cases and assess business readiness, process suitability, and potential ROI.
- Roadmap & Metrics: Define AI adoption priorities, implementation plans, and clear success metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Governance & Delivery: Partner with technical teams to shape AI solutions while advising clients on data readiness, change management, and responsible AI practices.
Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting
- Pre-Sales Support: Drive proposal development, solution positioning, value proposition, and effort estimation.
- Client Engagement: Lead pitches, presentations, and strategic workshops to support business development initiatives.
- Sales & Delivery Alignment: Collaborate closely across teams to ensure proposed solutions perfectly address client objectives.
2. REQUIREMENT
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields. 4+ years in Digital/Solution Consulting, BA, Product, or Enterprise Consulting.
- Core Competencies: Strong skills in discovery workshops, requirement gathering, business process analysis, and translating needs into tech solutions.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid expertise in Digital Transformation (DX), CX, SDLC, Agile, and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, API, E-commerce).
- Pre-Sales & Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience in pre-sales, proposals, and managing senior client stakeholders with advanced English.
AI & Emerging Technology
- AI Knowledge: Strong grasp of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Gemini, Claude).
- Business Application: Ability to convert AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes, addressing data readiness, governance, security, and change management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or background in top-tier consulting / both client & agency sides.
- Practical experience consulting/delivering AI & automation projects (especially in Banking, FinServ, Retail, Manufacturing).
- Executive presence to engage directly with C-levels and senior leadership.
