1. Duties and Responsibilities:
– Manage, train and grow in-line digital media team (one of digital media team divisions) to accomplish media performance goals.
– Operate & optimize digital communications and performance campaigns/projects to retain and grow with clients.
– Deliver strategic media proposal & plan with team for branding/performance campaigns with competitive KPIs and strong rationales to win the pitching or retain the clients.
– Overcome market challenges for setting competitive KPIs and achieve media savings before/during after the projects/campaigns.
– Outstandingly propose and deploy the campaigns with the team at various types of metrics (including CPL, CPQL, CPO, CPI) to retain, satisfy and grow media accounts.
– Continuously develop new techniques, solutions, and platforms to constantly upgrade the optimization to lead the market & improve ROI.
– Present, pitch & communicate or consult clients effectively for media strategies, and solutions and satisfy any concerns.
– Report & Align with Media Director to propose, develop, push the directions & deploy them for the growth of media.
2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
– At least 1- 2 years of the same position or lower position but have proven capabilities to challenge in this position.
– Ability to develop effective digital media proposal and do the presentation, consulting, and solutions towards the client’s success.
– Experience in CPM, CPC, CPA campaign management with ad platforms deployment & optimization, including but not limited in Google and Facebook.
– Ability in martech operating skill is a plus.
– Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Organizational and time management skills
