Job description for CX Trainer - TEGAL at PT. Transcosmos Indonesia

PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Implement quality reviews and provide coaching on individual or team performance across all quality metrics.

- Conduct new hire or refreshment training program.

- Create and develop module about new products or update info-related product.

- Provide Training Need Analysis & Report.

- Provide support PIC to drive and implement identified development program.

- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in contact center operations.

Requirements:

- Min. Associate Degree (D3) in any major.

- Min. 1 year experience as Trainer in contact center industry.

- Experience in Live Chat channel is a great advantages.

- Good public speaking and presentation skill.

- Strong analytical skill, strong in details, and observational skill.

- Able to join immediately.

- Willing to be placed in Tegal, Central Java.
