Job description for Customer Success Supervisor at Avana Indonesia
- Plan, organize and execute sales affairs to reach the business targets
- Provide and analyze weekly and monthly report sales, the result of sales activities, and next action plans
- Brief and supervise team resource to optimize the sales targets
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Marketings, Product Team to and Business Development.
- Monitor department's KPIs and manage database and activities of utilizing leads (Revenue, GMV, TPV, ROI of channels, Merchant Satisfaction & Retention, Sales Campaign, etc)
- Lead all aspects of sales campaign management towards KPI’s in order to increase growth Revenue & GMV Target
- Have minimal 2 year experience in the same/related position.
- Experience in E-commerce, preferably from software as a service company
- Have experience leading the team
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Can join as soon as possible
