- Develop playbooks and strategies for Customer Success to ensure great project management process.
- Two to three years of of leading Success teams at a similar industry.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Experience leading, mentoring, growing a team of Customer Success.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent data-informed decision making skills to improve business outcomes.
- Experience at a fast-paced rapid scaling startup a plus.
