Customer Services and Support Staff

The Opportunity

Job Description

  • Handling and monitoring shipment from customer location to the final destination
  • Checking and handling all export import documents before and after shipment arrive
  • Performing import and export administrative records
  • Ensure all import and export documents compliance to government regulation and requirement
  • Liaising and negotiating with Shipper, Consignee, Agent and Customer
  • Resolve any arising problem or complaint
  • Assist the sales division

Requirements

  • Female/Male, Age below 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Good in English both oral and written
  • Knowledge in export import forwarding is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
  • Responsible and Passionate
  • Ability to work as a team or individual
  • Have a good attitude, conscientious and hardworking
  • Preferably a residence / domicile in Jakarta

Allowance

BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan

Working Time

08.30 – 17.30 WIB (Monday to Friday)
