Job description for Customer Service at PT Jagia Distribution Solutions

Job deskripsi :

1. Mengelola layanan pelanggan di marketplace (Shopee & Tiktok Shop) dan WhatsApp

2. Menangani pengajuan retur / refund / komplain hingga proses banding retur marketplace

3. Menangani kendala operasional yang berhubungan dengan marketplace

4. Tarik data excel dari marketplace untuk diinput ke program

5. Memproses ticketing

6. Menjaga performa chat

Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan minimal SMA

- Pengalaman sebagai customer service minimal 1 tahun

- Memiliki skill komunikasi & pemecahan masalah yang baik

- Terbiasa menggunakan shortcut keyboard, fitur filter, sort, vlookup dalam Excel

- Memahami penggunaan sistem operasional seperti BigSeller / Accurate menjadi poin plus

- Bersedia bekerja di tanggal merah / hari libur nasional (jika dibutuhkan)
