Job description for CUSTOMER SERVICE at Pt Jaya Sukses International
Tanggung Jawab:
- Membalas Pertanyaan dan Permintaan yang masuk melalui email, website dan sosial media.
- Memberi tanggapan terhadap pertanyaan dan membantu menyelesaikan masalah dari pelanggan.
- Menerima keluhan, saran dan umpan balik dari pelanggan.
- Berkomunikasi dengan departemen lain terkait isu yang dialami pelanggan.
- Mengarsipkan catatan interaksi dengan para pelanggan.
- Menjelaskan atau menginformasikan produk PVN Shoes.
Persyaratan Pekerjaan
1. Usia max 30 tahun dan pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
2. Kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan internet dan komputer terutama Ms. Office
3. Memiliki ketertarikan di dunia fashion
4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
5. Familiar atau memiliki pengalaman dalam menangani E-commerce atau penjualan online
6. Bersedia bekerja 6 hari pada shift siang pukul 13.00 - 22.00 (termasuk tanggal merah atau hari libur nasional) dan 1 hari libur.
