Kriteria :
- Perempuan, usia 20-25 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMA / SMK / Sederajat
- Belum menikah
- Mampu menggunakan Komputer & Menguasai Microsoft Office
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidangnya (lebih diutamakan)
- Keterampilan komunikasi sangat baik, Ramah, Dislipin dan Bertanggung jawab
- Berpenampilan menarik, kreatif, sopan, santun dan Cepat tanggap
Job desc :
- Menerima telepon internal dan eksternal perusahaan
- Memberikan informasi kepada customer sesuai kebutuhannya
- Mengelola dan membuat content sosial media
- Bertanggung jawab membuat laporan per-periode dan tagihan telepon
- Membantu menyelesaikan komplain dari customer
