1. Job Responsibilities
- Support international customers via phone, email, chat, and messages.
- Answer questions about travel, accommodation, bookings, cancellations, and changes.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Provide accurate information and follow company procedures.
- Report serious issues to the team leader.
2. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good English skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Able to work in an English-speaking environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work rotating day and night shifts.
3. Salary & Benefits
- Average income: VND 10–12 million/month.
- Basic salary: VND 7.5 million/month.

4. Working Schedule
- 5 days per week, with 2 days off.
- Rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.
- Each shift is 9 hours, including a 1.5-hour break.
Day Shifts:
07:00–16:00 | 09:00–18:00 | 12:00–21:00 | 13:00–22:00
Night Shifts:
19:00–04:00 | 20:00–05:00 | 21:00–06:00 | 22:00–07:00
