  • Melayani pelanggan dengan ramah dan sopan
  • Komunikatif pada saat melayani pelanggan
  • Menerapkan Standar Operasional untuk kepuasan pelanggan
  • Membantu penjualan baik secara B2C (pelanggan yang membutuhkan laundry) maupun B2B (kemitraan Laundry)
  • Memastikan pelayanan antar jemput sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditentukan
  • Merekap data harian order online; dan
  • Merekap dan melaporkan keluhan pelanggan baik secara internal maupun eksternal
