\WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Respond to complex inquiries, complaints, and requests from Korean-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot issues effectively and resolve them within defined SLAs
- Document case details accurately in CRM and follow up proactively
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, billing) to solve cross-functional cases
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role
- Fluent in English (native or near-native level)
- Proficient in other languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, structured environment
- Familiar with handling KPIs such as CSAT, FRT, and resolution time
