1. Job description:
Receive and respond to customers' inquiries and complaints via phone, email, chat, or in person: 20 %
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer requests/complaints: 20%
Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies to customers: 20%
Monitor and handle customer requests quickly, accurately, and effectively: 20%
Prepare related periodic reports: 10%
Propose solutions to improve service quality, ensuring the retention of existing customers and the development of new customers: 5%
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager: 5%
2. Requirements:
- From 1 -3 years of Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or related position.
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- Medical background or experience in handling medical records is preferred
- Honest, well-organized, and detail-oriented- Strong sense of responsibility at work
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks- Flexible and able to work under high pressure
