We are looking for Customer Sales Associate (1 permanent position) to join our team based in Malaysia, Penang.

- Weekdays Mondays to Fridays, 9.15am to 6.15pm
- 14 days Annual Leave and Public Holidays according to your state
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via call centre, emails and online chat
- Perform data verification and assist to upload data to system
- Monitor delivery orders to ensure smooth process
- Work across departments to improve on system workflow
- Willing to help other departments when necessary
Requirements:
- Education level: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree Level in Business Management or related field
- Friendly and cheerful personality, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable liaising with customers over phone and emails
- Experience with E-commerce background preferred
- Savvy with computer and internet
- Self driven, team player and able to thrive under minimal supervision
- Able to handle stress well and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Able to communicate in Bilingual (Written and Verbal)
- Need to work from home, possess own laptop/PC with good internet access
