Job Descriptions
- Provide high level customer service and proactively develop and maintain strong customer relations
- Conduct research, analysis or interviews for insights
- Seek out sales opportunities and establish network with prospective customers
- Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities
- Understand client requirements and objectives and provide feasible solutions
- Prepare presentations, proposals and quotations for customers

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
- Detail oriented, analytical, highly organised and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent skills in working cross functionality

Sejak tahun 2016 MEDI-CALL telah berdiri menjadi PT. Medika Nusantara Gumilang yang merupakan bagian dari PT. K24 Indonesia (Apotek K24). Saat ini MEDI-CALL telah launching dan beroperasi di JABODETABEK dan BALI.
Kedepanya, MEDI-CALL akan GO NASIONAL dan bertahap di luncurkan di kotakota besar indonesia seperti Jakarta, Yogjakarta, Surabaya, dan sejalan dengan Apotek K24 yang telah tersebar di lebih dari 360 cabang di Indonesia.
