Job description for Customer Relation Specialist (Jakarta) at Aksoro

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute strategies to foster a strong and engaged aksoro customers.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or service to aksoro customers.
  • Facilitate discussions, organize events, and create content that promotes aksoro products to encourage member or customer interaction.
  • Use clear and empathetic communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives.
  • Handle Basic Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience min. 1 years as a Customer Care, Community specialist, Customer Support, and Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Focused on delivering tangible results and continuously seeking ways to improve performance.
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Experience handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be poin plus.
  • Willing to work remotely (WFA).
