Job Description:
- Work alongside Product team to ensure the fit and seamless customer experience.
- Conduct customer research to identify customer persona and map customer journeys.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive the growth of existing products and support upcoming product development.
- Provide the data-driven insights alongside the customer/ market research.
- Identify improvement initiatives and manage the delivery of customer experience projects.
- Assist product team to curate and create training material for celebrities and creators.
Qualifications:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply; business and related fields from a reputable university are a plus.
- Excellent communication in writing and verbal with great attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Keen to explore working in the start-up environment.
- Remote working option is available.
- This is a paid internship program with 3 months period.
