Creative Planning Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop creative event concepts and structure proposals based on client briefs and market insights.
- Collaborate with Art Design, Show & Visual, and Project teams to ensure concept feasibility and audience engagement.
- Research event trends, competitor strategies, and audience behaviors to craft impactful event ideas.
- Assist in structuring proposal presentations with clear storytelling and strategic flow.
- Present proposals in English to clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, generating fresh and innovative event ideas.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
- Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high-quality work.

- Salary: Negotiable, from 8M-12M VND and above.
- Holiday bonus: 1–3 million VND for national holidays.
