Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site (WFO) position based in Bekasi for a Creative Content Specialist within our beauty brand team. The role focuses on developing creative content concepts, planning content production, and coordinating the execution of engaging content across digital platforms.
The Creative Content Specialist will be responsible for brainstorming content ideas, researching social media trends, creating content briefs and scripts, coordinating content production, directing talents during shooting sessions, and collaborating closely with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-performing content that aligns with the brand's objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and current social media trends.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content concepts.
Able to write content briefs, scripts, and creative copy.
Experience in planning and coordinating content production.
Strong communication and project coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of content shooting and video production workflow.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Bekasi.
Experience in the beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG industry is a plus.
