Job description for Creative Content Coordinator (15 hours a week) at Creative Visual Collective
Creative Visual Collective is a new Bali-based creative business focused on storytelling, photography, visual content, travel, creativity, and everyday moments.
We are looking for a creative and organised Content Coordinator to help create and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys reels, short-form video, storytelling, visual content, and social media.
About the Role
This is a part-time hybrid contractor role (approximately 15 hours per week) with a mix of onsite collaboration and remote work.
The role includes:
• Editing reels and short-form videos.
• Creating social media content.
• Scheduling and publishing posts.
• Assisting with captions and content organisation.
• Capturing behind-the-scenes and everyday content moments.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Loves social media and content creation.
• Has experience with reels and short-form video editing.
• Uses CapCut, Canva, or similar tools confidently.
• Has a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Is organised, reliable, and creative.
• Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Has conversational English skills.
• Is based in Bali.
Formal qualifications are not essential.
