• Managing reporting activities related to the corporate secretary
• Acting as a liaison between the company and shareholders, regulators, and other stakeholders
• Handling corporate events, such as RUPS, public expose, press conferences, and also sponsorship activities • Handling corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities
• Handling public information related to the company
• Organizing and servicing Internal/External meetings. Making sure preparations such as agenda, preparations and planning of meetings are effective
• Support management in daily tasks and provide data for management decisions
• Taking Minutes Of Meeting that accurately describe and effectively communicate the final decisions of the meeting and making sure action items are well implemented
• Coordinating and liaising both with individual department and other department needs
• Maintaining the most up to date organization chart while implemening new procedures and administrative system in the organization
• Logging or processing bill of expenses reimbursement of management
• Min. 3 years experience in Corporate Secretary function
• Min. Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business, Management, or other related fields. • Excellent data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in General Insurance Industry will be an advantage
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Able to do project management
• Organized and detail oriented individual who is a problem solver, rational mediator and descreet
• Ability to be proactive and use your initiative to see what needs doing and to do it
