Job Requirement:
• Fluent in English and Bahasa
• Min. Bachelor degree in finance, communications, public relation, management and any related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, operations, or corporate affairs
• Under 35 years old
• Not yet married or married with kids
• Comfortable working with high mobility, preferably can drive a motorcycle/car and has a license
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced with pressure on high-performance result demand
• Strong in solution-orientation, and always desire to contribute more innovation to the organization
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Expertise in one or more areas of internal or external corporate communications
• Experienced in dealing with C-level management
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Engages with stakeholders via meetings, and industry events to understand industry opportunities
• Shares meaningful insights from environment scanning with cross-functional stakeholders
• Develops and implements overarching organization and media engagement plans to support corporate vision and goals
• Drives development of stakeholder engagement plans for key brand access milestones, with cross-functional input
• Partners with key stakeholders to identify, develop and implement internal communications and engagement plans that support corporate vision, goals and company-wide events
• Develops and implements a strategic plan focused on building Module Intracs Yasatama's reputation as an innovative, trustworthy and responsible corporate citizen
