Qualifications
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
✅ Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Corporate Accounting.
✅ Proven experience in preparing and analyzing corporate financial statements.
✅ Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and audit processes.
✅ Proficient in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
✅ Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP software.
✅ Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing an accounting team.
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
✅ High level of integrity, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all corporate accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
• Conduct financial analysis to support management's strategic decision-making.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the company's accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.
