Objective
Lead the quality of concept development and idea craft, translating insights and strategies into strong campaign ideas, message systems, and communication narratives through solid skills and AI advantages serving acceleration of thinking and executing while speeding up iteration cycles.
Work closely with Social, Art, Account and Planning teams to convert concepts into execution-ready ideas and scalable content ecosystems, especially for social and e-commerce environments, while maintaining strong brand and creative integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Concept Development & Idea Craft
- Develop big idea, main concept, campaign theme according to brief and strategic direction.
- Build message architecture including tagline, slogan, key hooks, headline system, tone of voice and language guardrails, ensuring well-delivered given strategy.
- Responsibility in key deliverables including but not limited in KV headlines, manifesto, scripts, voice over, social copy, digital assets, …
2. Transfer Concept to Execution System
- Develop concept into content pillars, recurring angles, series formats, viral hooks.
- Develop ideas for social / commerce formats (video, livestream, product storytelling, call-to-action, …)
- Ensure all executions remain aligned with message architecture and serve clear campaign roles.
- Identify risks related to claims, regulations, sensitive categories and align with Planning and Account to ensure compliance.
3. Concept Persuasion
- Present concept, idea with clear flow, strategic rationale and execution logic.
- Work with account to address client’s feedbacks, and optimize proposals/ decks/ scripts through approval rounds.
4. Brainstorming, Team Craft & Capability Building
- Actively lead and contribute to structured brainstorming.
- Contribute to internal capability building: writing guidelines, case sharing
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably within integrated marketing agency.
- Ability and comfortable working with agentic AI, including but not limited in framing prompts for conceptual outputs, draft exploration, tone & structure checking.
- Strong in concepting, storytelling, writing craft.
- Deep understand of platform/ content dynamic that integrates to concept/ idea development.
- Confident presenting and responding to senior clients.
- Proactive, deadline-driven, resilient under pressure. Strong self-quality control and iteration discipline. Open to continuous learning and platform evolution.
