WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Support the Creative/Content team in developing content for social media, digital campaigns, branding, events, and communication projects.
• Join brainstorming sessions and contribute content ideas, angles, and storytelling approaches based on briefs.
• Research social trends, references, creators, and content formats to support creative development.
• Assist in writing captions, headlines, social posts, content ideas, and short-form scripts under the team's guidance.
• Keep up with trends across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, memes, KOLs/KOCs, creators, and emerging formats.
• Explore different ways to make content relevant to the brand, audience, and platform.
• Work with Creative, Account, Design, and other teams throughout the content development process.
• Take feedback positively, make revisions, and deliver assigned work on time.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Languages, Creative Content, or a related field.
• Good Vietnamese writing skills, with a natural, clear, and engaging writing style.
• Interested in creative thinking, storytelling, and idea generation.
• Naturally curious about social media, trends, advertising, entertainment, and pop culture.
• Familiar with platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and interested in how content engages audiences.
• Observant, proactive, and willing to explore and learn.
• Open to feedback, revisions, and trying different approaches.
• Responsible, collaborative, and committed to deadlines.
• Portfolio, writing samples, personal content projects, or relevant work samples are a plus.
