_Roles & Responsibilities_
We are looking for a Mid-Senior Art Director who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “click”. He/She will be responsible for what advertisements look like and involve in creating a campaign that has an instant and positive impact on the consumer to promote the product or brand being advertised.
- Creative Conceptualization & Strategy: Partner with Copywriters and creative team members to translate client briefs into groundbreaking creative concepts; pitch and defend creative ideas effectively to clients.
- Visual Direction & Execution: Translate abstract ideas into concrete visual assets by producing sketches, storyboards, style frames, and layout roughs across multiple mediums (Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Mobile…).
- Creative Excellence & Polish: Maintain rigorous aesthetic standards by refining and elevating final deliverables, including high-stakes pitching decks and key visuals.
- Production & Vendor Management: Commission and direct specialized external talents (artists, photographers, illustrators, animators, and production houses…), ensuring deliverables align with the brand identity and campaign vision.
- Project & Budget Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end creative execution phase, delivering high-quality visual outputs strictly within defined timelines and production budgets.
- Trend & Industry Awareness: Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, trend, emerging visual technologies, and cultural shifts to continuously innovate the agency’s creative output.
_Candidate Profile_
We would like to hear from those who have:
- Minimal 5+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity.
- Dynamic, highly creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
- Strong understanding of design across multiple mediums — print, digital, mobile, etc. — with solid capabilities in branding, communication, and multimedia.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools is a strong advantage.
- Good prompt-writing skills and ability to leverage AI effectively in the creative process.
- Proactive in exploring, testing, and adopting new AI tools to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.
- Have a sharp eye for details and strong aesthetic sense.
- Proficient in relevant art and design software.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure of tight deadlines.
