JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create multimedia content plans monthly & quarterly for social platforms and websites based on trends and best practices.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. (Develop a long term SEO plan to increase keyword rankings and organic search traffic)
- Propose plans, align with line manager, coordinate with cross functions: Digital ads, Sales to implement. Manage and keep track the content publishing on websites and social channels.
- Monitor social media performance and develop monthly reports. Identify social media KPIs to be used to measure success.
- Actively investigate and suggest new content/ idea/ activities to improve user engagement on digital platforms.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Coordinate with CS to track page’s inbox, user’s comments then have reasonable responses.
- Actively join team’s brainstorming session, seeding activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor’s activities and user behaviors to give the suggestions to line manager.
- Monitoring and implementing media KPIs on views, reach, engagement, likes for each company's campaign.
- Provides leadership and guidance for social content team about best practices such as content publishing guidelines, KPI benchmarks, and channel growth strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Equivalent of a university/college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline required.
- 2 - 4 years of experience leading and managing social media strategy, planning and day-to-day execution native to each channel
- Results-oriented with strong project management skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Proficient social copywriter and content developer with proven track record of leveraging social media to connect, inspire, and motivate brand audience.
- Strong visual aptitude, social-savvy and aware of trends with demonstrated ability to communicate product value through written and edited stories/messages.
- Strong background in social media performance analysis and reporting
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative environment.
