Are you someone who is constantly on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube — but also finds yourself wondering *why* certain content gets your attention?
Do you enjoy creating videos, coming up with content ideas, experimenting with AI tools, or turning simple ideas into engaging social media content?
We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join our team at Zion Global Marketing.
This is a hands-on internship where you will get to experience how content is actually planned, created and used to market businesses, events and training programmes.
You won't just be observing from the sidelines — you'll be involved in the actual content creation process.
What You'll Get To Work On
As our Content Marketing Intern, you may be involved in:
* Brainstorming content ideas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms
* Creating and editing short-form videos for social media
* Turning marketing ideas, events and everyday moments into engaging content
* Writing captions, hooks and simple social media copy
* Helping to develop content calendars and content campaigns
* Supporting photo and video shoots
* Capturing behind-the-scenes content during events, workshops and company activities
* Repurposing long-form videos into shorter social media content
* Researching social media trends, creators, competitors and emerging content formats
* Experimenting with AI content creation tools for images, videos, scripts and marketing ideas
* Reviewing content performance and learning what makes audiences stop, watch and engage
* Working with our marketing and events team on ongoing campaigns
Depending on your strengths and interests, there may also be opportunities to take ownership of your own content projects.
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of marketing experience.
We're more interested in your attitude, creativity and willingness to learn.
You could be a good fit if you:
* Are currently studying at a university, polytechnic or other tertiary institution
* Have an interest in marketing, social media, content creation, communications, business or entrepreneurship
* Spend enough time on social media to understand what makes content interesting
* Enjoy creating videos, taking photos, writing or telling stories
* Are comfortable communicating in English
* Enjoy learning and experimenting with new tools and ideas
Experience with tools such as **CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, HeyGen or other AI/content tools** is a bonus, but not compulsory.
