Job description for Content Creator at Alas Harum Group
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Create engaging and on-brand content for social media, website, and digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop creative ideas, captions, and visual concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Produce photo and video content, including short-form videos and reels.
- Edit content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and brand direction.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity and tone of voice.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role (portfolio is a must).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects is a plus) or equivalent tools.
- Basic photography & videography skills (framing, lighting, storytelling).
- Familiar with social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
