JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Content Creator to join our global marketing team and create engaging English personalized content for the English-speaking markets.
This role focuses on personalized video content creation and production, creating engaging, and visually compelling content for B2B (and mass) audiences. The ideal candidate understands both content creation and B2B technology marketing, and can create content that is not only visually attractive but also supports personal branding, brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, and lead generation.
This role will work mainly for English speaking markets, and work directly with CSO.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop creative and engaging English-language video contents for international B2B audiences.
- Research trending topics, technologies, business challenges, and industry insights relevant to the US, UK, EU, and Australian markets.
- Develop content ideas, hooks, storylines, scripts, and creative concepts for different platforms. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form content pieces.
- Plan, produce, shoot, and edit video content for B2B technology audiences. Handle the end-to-end video production process from concept development to final delivery. Create both horizontal and vertical video formats, focusing on different social platforms (Linkedin/Youtube/Tiktok/Reels)
- Create and adapt content for international social media channels.
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- 1-2+ years of experience in Content Creation, Video Production, Social Media, or a related role. Personal experience in content creating is A PLUS.
- Strong experience in video production and video editing.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of content creation for international audiences.
- Experience creating both horizontal and vertical video content.
- Ability to develop video concepts, scripts, hooks, and storylines independently.
- Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Understanding of social media content formats and trends.
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders, including marketing, sales, product, and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
