About AM Collective
AM Collective is a creative marketing agency and a recognised Company of Good under NVPC, with media and digital platforms including Alvinology.com, Lemon-Film.com, and DashtoCart.io. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Content & Creative Producer to join our team. This role is suitable for fresh graduates, junior creatives, aspiring content creators, and anyone who loves social media, storytelling, photography, and videography.
You will get hands-on experience creating content for brands, media platforms, events, campaigns, and digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and produce content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create content ideas, storyboards, shot lists, and simple content plans.
- Conduct photography and videography for client campaigns, events, media launches, food shoots, lifestyle shoots, and brand activations.
- Assist in directing talents, influencers, interviewees, and clients during shoots.
- Coordinate shoot schedules, locations, talents, and production requirements.
- Work with designers, editors, account managers, and clients to complete content deliverables.
- Keep up with social media trends, short-form video formats, and creative content ideas.
- Support project coordination to ensure content is delivered on time.
Requirements
- Diploma, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Film, Design, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about social media, content creation, photography, and videography.
- Comfortable using smartphones, cameras, and basic content creation equipment.
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and willing to work with clients, talents, and team members.
- Organised, responsible, creative, and willing to learn.
- Prior experience is not required, but a portfolio, social media account, or examples of creative work will be helpful.
