- Build social media communication top line strategies. From observation and insights into social media communication strategy, providing way-in and content references for all social media channels (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, etc) and hands on execution along with agencies.
- Manage messaging, content, and crisis management across networks that should be prompt, consistent with GetPlus, and empathetic to create a loyal and delighted community.
- Plan and execute relevant community and Key Opinion Customer initiatives.
- PR - managing and extending a brand's audience. As a community manager you will engage with all kinds of press - both positive and negative - generated.
- Voice of consumer analysis.
- Capture trending moments on the Internet and social channels
- Adept with Influencer Marketing
- Social Media Savvy – knows how to build online communities, engage with customers.
- Must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Min. 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field (Communications, Media & Creatives, Agency, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in content management and content creation.
- Ability to create engaging content with an analytical tone.
- Knowledgeable about relevant community groups and forums.
- Analytical and good multitasking skills.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
