About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Consultant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting our clients with comprehensive accounting services. This role requires strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
What you'll be doing:
1. Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients.
2. Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage client invoicing, monitor outstanding receivables, and ensure timely collections.
3. Expenses & Payments: Oversee company expenditures, process payments, and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
4. Audit & Additional Reports: Assist in internal and external audits, and prepare supplementary financial reports as required.
5. Financial Administration: Handle day-to-day financial administration tasks to support smooth business operations.
6. Analyzing financial reporting results and providing insights and recommendations to support improved numbers and more efficient processes.
What we're looking for:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2. 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar accounting role
3. Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools
5. Excellent attention to detail, multitasking and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
