Job description for Community Manager at Cradle Space
- Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategis.
- Grow community engagement offline via events and online via social media
- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
- Respond to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
- Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journallists
- Build potential partnership and collaboration with others institutions including manage partnership, monitor the progress and evaluate the results
- Stay up to date with industry and digital trends
- At least 2 years experience in related fields
- Experience in launching initiatives (building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email news letter)
- Good inter-intrapersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing
- Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes
- Understand and behaviour of online user , and understand how to use best of each social media
