Position Title: Commercial Growth Executive

Type: Full Time

Reporting to: Athlete Experience Service (AES) Manager

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We are looking for a passionate and business-minded Commercial Growth Executive to take full ownership of merchandise business: strategy, sales performance, and on-site execution across SEV’s iconic endurance sports events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Merchandise Strategy & Planning

  • Develop merchandise strategy aligned with revenue goals and brand identity.
  • Plan and forecast merchandise sales, demand, and inventory across seasons.
  • Identify product ideas that resonate with our event audience and brand.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer insights.

2. Sales & Channel Management

  • Manage and grow merchandise sales through multiple channels, including:
  • E-commerce platforms (e.g., company website, social media stores).
  • Physical retail outlets (event booths, partner stores).
  • Build partnerships with sponsors, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to plan and execute sales campaigns (pre-, during-, and post-event).
  • Monitor, optimize and report on sales performance across all channels.

3. On-Site Event Activation

  • Oversee merchandise operations during events, including booth setup, staffing, and sales execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery and attractive display of merchandise at event sites, creating a smooth and customer-friendly experience.

4. Other Responsibilities

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues related to merchandise.
  • Continuously innovate and improve merchandise offerings and processes.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to meet revenue and operational goals.

Skills & Experience required

1. Skills:

  • Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English is required.
  • Ability to create long-term strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of sales channels, e-commerce platforms, and marketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain coordination, and booth operations.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales performance.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (KiotViet is a plus), e-commerce tools (WooCommerce is a plus), AI and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Problem-solving & adaptability, especially during events.
