- Manage a portfolio of 50–100 contacts (alumni, clients, and prospects) and develop relationships to provide personalized education solutions that achieve their short- and long-term goals.
- Consistently maintain and optimize communication with a portfolio of contacts through various channels including in-person, phone calls, emails, and other online platforms.
- Acquire new clients through marketing campaigns, personal networks, telesales, client referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Actively engage in continuous professional development to increase industry, product, and sales knowledge.
- Prepare market analyses and sales reports and support other academic, business development, and marketing activities;
- Take care of interested customers and handle questions about Everest Education, College Compass and our offerings;
- Other tasks assigned by the College Compass Manager
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Education industry, preferably in College Prep;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English;
- Passion in Education;
- Good problem-solving and organizing skills;
- Proactive, self-starting, curious and positive attitude;
- Proven record of achieving/overachieving KPIs and OKRs;
- Detail-oriented and patient with a customer-focused mindset;
- Flexible and adaptable with changes.
