Job description for Collection and Call Center Officer at Pt. Global Mobility Service Indonesia
- Perform day to day collection activity
- Ensure timely payments from customers
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Find and contact customer to ask about their overdue payments
- Responsible to monitoring the customer who go out of Jabodetabek and ensure the penalty payment
- Process payments and refunds
- Create accurate and timely report
- Timely based payment reconciliation with Finance and Accounting team
- Collaborate with BD team related to any project that impact to the customer income
- Support Sales and Operation team activity, if needed
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Identify and assess customer’s need to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
- Responsible to forward and follow up the customer complaints immediately to the related pic or division
- Have knowledge about our service and product
- Support Workshop activity, if needed
