Position Overview:
We are hiring a graduate in life sciences or related fields interested in clinical research and service. The person will be responsible of patient recruitment, education, and project management of Nalagenetics’ studies in Jakarta with partner hospitals. Especially in the COVID-19 pandemic, the job description may include sample collection from potential patients. An ideal candidate has had an experience in medical practice, patient data collection and handling, and passionate about connecting with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Clinical Studies ID team lead in the project management of Nalagenetics clinical studies.
- Assisting the Clinical Studies ID team lead in the data and sample management of study participants.
- Assisting the Clinical Studies ID team lead in the day-to-day operation of clinical studies, such as aiding patients with sample
- collection and collecting medical/clinical data.
- Working in accordance with the project timeline of the Clinical Studies ID team
Experience Required
- Prior experience in handling research responsibilities
- Experience in direct patient engagement in a clinical setting (preferred)
- Ability to conduct clinical data collection and analysis (preferred)
- Possessing a GCP certificate or willing to get one
Education Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biotechnology or medical related fields
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian

Since then, we have partnered with the government of Indonesia to test leprosy patients in Papua, to ensure patients do not suffer from Dapsone Hypersensitivity Syndrome (DHS) when taking medications. We also are preparing for pilots with hospitals by the end of this year. We are venture-backed and closely working with Singapore's A-STAR.
