Client Support and Operations Specialist
Knowledge Catalyst is a leading provider of blockchain-based Credentials Management Solution. We are building trusted digital ecosystems around our verifiable and authenticable credentials. We started by building a talent ecosystem around education and accreditation certificates and have since expanded into other industry verticals like healthcare and agriculture.
Knowledge Catalyst is hiring Client Operations and Support Specialists in Singapore! Our Client Operations and Support Specialists will be required to assist with onboarding clients, supporting clients, and providing recommendations on streamlining operational processes.
As our Client Operations and Support Specialists, you will:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
- Analyzing and reporting technical difficulties encountered on our product
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Sales teams
Requirements for our Client Operations and Support Specialists:
- Excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Familiar with help desk software
- Problem identification and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Interest in innovation, technology or blockchain
- Bilingual (able to converse in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin)
