1. Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

9. Adaptable to changing workflows and operational needs
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
1. Handle and maintain communication with clients in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia
2. Coordinate client requests and operational processes with internal teams
3. Coordinate with Sales team regarding client onboarding, project updates, and client requirements
4. Provide consultation and guidance to clients regarding operational matters, company products/services, and corporate-related matters
5. Monitor project/client progress and ensure timely follow up
6. Manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining service quality
7. Assist clients in document preparation and operational procedures
8. Identify issues and coordinate with related departments for problem solving
9. Maintain proper documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
10. Ensure smooth communication flow between clients, Sales team, and internal operational
teams
11. Support operational stability and client satisfaction
