As we continue expanding our reach, we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to help attract, engage, and hire top talent who will drive TIG's next phase of growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute recruitment plans and partner with hiring managers to achieve hiring goals, with a long-term talent strategy in mind.
- Source, attract, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels and talent networks.
- Manage an end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviews, and assessments in accordance with company hiring procedures.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives through recruitment marketing content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with colleagues across APAC to support international hiring needs.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other assigned tasks under the guidance of the direct supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, Economics or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in B2B or creative sectors.
- Strong passion for Talent Acquisition and people development within a multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment.
- Proactive, fast-learning, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good command of English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
