1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
● You have to input both English & Vietnamese. The English version is preferred the first
● Work Location: 75 Hoàng Văn Thái, quận 7
● Time: Mon - Fri: 8:30 -17:30
● Contract Term: 8 months
● Salary: 25.000.000 VND/month
● Perform monthly reconciliation between local trial balance (TB) and IFRS financial reports
to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Review and process all MIS journal entries (JEs), ensuring proper accounting treatment and
compliance with reporting requirements.
● Prepare and review monthly and quarterly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
● Review and create new General Ledger (GL) accounts, Work Areas (WA), and Accounting
Units (AU) as required.
● Prepare, verify, and monitor reinsurance accounting entries and related payment
transactions.
● Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of sub-ledgers to ensure completeness and
accuracy of financial records.
● Support financial reporting, accounting projects, and other ad hoc assignments as directed
by the Financial Controller (FC) and Regional Office (RO).
2. JOB SPECIFICATION
- EDUCATION / TRAINING: University graduation
- EXPERIENCE: At least 2 year experience in accounting
- PROFESSIONAL / TRADE QUALIFICATION: Accounting/ Auditing
- COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Word, Excel referred
- COMPETENCIES:

● Co-operative, team working skills.

● Internal: Accounting, POS, Actuary, MIMV, IT
● External: Bankers, Investment service suppliers.
