- Ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly
- Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Take responsibility for company stamps, office equipment and service contracts to make plans for maintenance, buying new one.
- Follow up BOD rent housing, renew the housing contract, do liquidation contract (if any) and also work permit, resident card, all needed documents related to foreigners.
- Booking plane tickets for employees, managers and BODs when traveling.
- Monthly payment of all related services to suppliers (electricity, water use, ink, printers, photocopies, telephone, tree rental, parking fees, drinking water of offices and staff allowance).
- Check policy and payment requests for business trips from other departments.
- Support register for new on-board with parking card and fingerprint, receiving and informing employees to get EMS letters, packages.
- Monthly check annual leaves of the HR team and report to the HR manager.
- Build and implement an internal communication plan in line with the company's orientation:
+ Generating ideas for internal activities according to specific goals
+ Directly coordinate and connect departments to implement event programs
+ Handling post-event jobs: Making cost accounting reports...
- Manage and develop internal communication channels:
+ Producing media publications: video posters, email articles...
+ Update information and edit media content on internal communication channels
+ Collect and maintain the database on the company's operation to serve the internal communication.
+ Collecting internal information, feedback from employees… to carry out activities for internal cohesion
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business or relevant degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position or hr filed
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can communication in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other related software
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Ability to work under high pressure, multiple tasks.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Dynamic, creative, sensitive in updating information on new forms of content, grasping the information of hot trends on social networks
- Open-minded, eager to learn, always oriented to change according to new trends
- Enthusiasm for work, commitment to goals, result-oriented
