Job description for Chief Engineer at Aston Cimone Hotel & Convention Center
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or Engineering Supervisor in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and preventive maintenance
- Able to lead engineering operations and manage maintenance budgets
- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant professional certifications is a must
- Able to handle preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Familiar with safety procedures and engineering standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and flexibility with operational needs
