Assures the achievement of revenues & ebit objectives for Indonesian market, administrating an
integration phase to lead the company with full range responsibility such as business developing

• Mix of Sales Management (70%-80%) and Product & Operation Development (30%-20%)
• Collaborates with the CEO to define and articulate the organization’s vision and to develop
strategies for achieving the target result.
• Is involved in the drawing up marketing plan and sales activities with reference to the market
trends and in collaboration with HQ and local team.
• Supports the development of the strategic roadmap in Indonesia by ensuring Company has the
right market understanding.
• Oversees the sales team in developing annual budgets that support operating plans.
• Maintains in depth knowledge on Company products/services and is able to transfer the
• Participates, as representative of the Company, at sector workshops/ industry conferences/
• At least 10 years’ experience as executive in a Sales/Business Development role. Experience in
managing operations is also a plus. Experience in Lending and other financial services is
preferred. Familiarity with data, big data, decisioning and analytics is a plus. Experience from
other sector in the service industry (e-commerce, telecom, general utilities companies etc.) in
relevant roles will also be considered.
